Mold and Air Quality
A mold inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of a building to identify and report conditions that have lead to moisture intrusion, water damage and conditions condusive to microbial growth, or the actual exsistence of microbial growth. If such conditions are present, samples may be taken and sent to a laboratory for analysis. I will provide each client with an easy to read report on the inspection, which includes valuable information about mold prevention. I will also provide any brochure from CHMC pertaining to any issues or concerns thay you may have.
