Home Inspections As an InterNACHI member I must pass the Inspector Examination each year and adhere to the industry’s most comprehensive standards. I will inspect the home you live in now or are planning to buy and give you my unbiased opinion on the condition of the building from the foundation to the roof and everything in between. I will also provide you with an easy to read report book explaining my in-depth inspection. I will also include a seasonal maintenance schedule and brochures from CMHC pertaining to any issues or questions you may have.
